We have a 2 Week return policy, meaning you have 2 Weeks from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at satis@buyturkishproduct.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), specialty items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Returns
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if the return is approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and ship the refund
